"What a great first time home buying experience! From start to finish Natasha was everything I could have asked for in a realtor and more! Five stars all the way! I had always been satisfied with renting because it just seemed like less of a hassle. Natasha was exceptionally patient with me, she recognized my buying vs. renting concerns, and she took time to inform me about the pros and cons of both. Natasha responded quickly to all of my many inquiries and questions, it was obvious she took time to find the right answer every single time. She was completely open minded and she was committed to finding me the perfect new home, whether that was another rental or a property of my own. Natasha asked all the right questions and developed a profile of the property that would suit me best. I was still indecisive about renting or buying, so she scheduled eight showings of both property types for me to consider. To my amazement the very first property she showed me was perfect! I decided right then and there that I wanted to buy.
